Myles Turner played a big role in the Indiana Pacers reaching the NBA Finals this past season. After the season ended, Turner shocked a lot of people by leaving Indiana and signing with their rivals, the Milwaukee Bucks.

In the past few seasons, Turner’s name continually came up in trade talks, and it appeared that Pacers fans wanted him gone. After Turner left, these same fans became upset.

Turner spoke about this in a recent interview on NBA TV.

“I don’t know what to expect, I really don’t. I think it’s gonna be half-and-half,” Turner said. “Even my time there (in Indy), there were a lot of people who wanted me to be off the team, and now they got what they wanted, and now they’re complaining still.”

It is easy to see why Pacers fans are now upset at losing Turner. He averaged 15.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and
2.0 blocks per game.

With Turner gone and Tyrese Haliburton expected to miss all of next season, the Pacers are in for a terrible season.
