The Boston Celtics showcased championship DNA as they overcame a 20-point second-half deficit to defeat the struggling Indiana Pacers 103-95 on Monday night.

Jaylen Brown led the charge with a game-high 31 points, including 14 crucial points in the fourth quarter, propelling Boston to their third straight victory and improving their record to 18-11.

The game started disastrously for the Celtics. The Pacers, despite entering with a dismal 6-22, caught fire from beyond the arc, hitting 12-20 three-pointers in the first half to build a commanding lead.

But the tide turned dramatically in the third quarter. Indiana’s hot shooting evaporated in the second half, as they went a frigid 1-20 from three. Boston destroyed Indiana 60-34 after halftime, clamping down defensively and capitalizing on offensive rebounds.

This gritty win highlights the Celtics’ depth and will to win. The two teams will rematch on Friday and the Celtics look to start off stronger than in Monday’s game.
