It needs to hang on to Giannis Antetokounmpo for its future, but the Milwaukee Bucks have made another move.
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the team has agreed to a multi-year contract with Jon Horst as its general manager.

Horst, 42, earned NBA Executive of the Year in 2019 and earned an NBA Championship in 2021.
He became the Bucks’ GM in June 2017 after serving as the Director of Basketball Operations for the program from April 2008 to June 2017. Horst led the Bucks to the NBA’s best record of 60-22 in 2019, guiding it to the Eastern Conference Finals.
The Bucks are down 0-2 in its first round series versus the Indiana Pacers.
Milwaukee needs to fight back to avoid a third straight round one exit, but at least it holds on to Horst.
