The Boston Celtics picked up a huge win on Wednesday, taking down the OKC Thunder 119-109 and snapping their 12-game winning streak.

The Thunder ruled the first quarter, finding a rhythm and outscoring the Celtics 31-20 in the opening frame. But Boston responded fiercely with a 29-point second quarter to make it a four-point game by halftime.

OKC opened the third quarter on a hot streak but the momentum completely shifted midway through the quarter. The Celtics made some timely buckets and held a five-point advantage heading into the final frame.

In the fourth quarter, the Celtics never looked back and sealed the victory.

Jaylen Brown led the way for the Celtics with 31 points eight rebounds and eight assists while Jayson Tatum put up 19 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists.

For OKC, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 33 points and eight assists while shooting 10-of-12 from the floor.

The loss is a tough one for the Thunder, who took their first defeat in a month.
