Skip Bayless makes bold claim regarding LeBron James’ injury

LeBron James is dealing with sciatica on his right side. This injury will sideline LeBron for at least three to four weeks.

According to LeBron’s biggest “hater” Skip Bayless, LeBron isn’t actually injured. Instead, he’s upset about how the Los Angeles Lakers have seemingly moved to make Luka Doncic their franchise player.

“LeBron James isn’t hurting,” Bayless said. “He’s pouting. He’s rebelling. He’s going little kid on the Los Angeles Lakers for the way they have treated or mistreated him in his view. He’s saying, ‘Okay, if Luka is the man, if I am not in your plans, then I am basically going to take my basketball and go home.'”

Despite being a clear critic of LeBron, Bayless does make some solid points. Ultimately, we have no way of knowing if LeBron is or isn’t truly hurt.

All we know is LeBron will be out for the Lakers when the 2025-26 NBA season tips off.
