The NBA offseason has already been very eventful, and the sweepstakes for superstar free agent LeBron James only appear to be heating up.
Now more than ever, the action of free agency is in front of the public for all to see.

This was on display this week when James’ agent, Rich Paul, appeared on the “Game Over” podcast with Max Kellerman. He pulled out a whiteboard during the episode, revealing some of James’ potential destinations.
He also went on to make a major statement about the Knicks, claiming that James would be joining them this summer had they not just won a championship.
Paul could certainly be doing this as a way to pitch his client to teams, but it’s been heavily reported that teams like the Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors already have serious interest in James.
As a four-time MVP and arguably the greatest player of all time, James doesn’t exactly need to convince teams of his value. That clearly isn’t stopping Paul from being open and public about James’ desire to play on a contender.
