On Wednesday, the Philadelphia 76ers made a blockbuster trade when they acquired star guard Jaylen Brown from the Boston Celtics.
After signing free agent guard Anfernee Simons less than a day later, they are now reportedly in the mix for free agent superstar LeBron James.

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers are the three suitors already preparing their oitches for the 41-year-old.
With Brown and Simons coming in to bolster a roster that already features Joel Embiid, Philadelphia’s roster should now look more enticing to James.
Thr four-time MVP informed the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this week that he won’t sign a new contract with the team and will enter free agency.
Additionally, he’s prioritizing winning and is willing to sign a veteran minimum deal on a championship contender.
While the Sixers could offer such a deal, other teams like the Cavaliers and Warriors are better positioned to offer James more money.
Multiple reports indicate that James will take his time making a decision regarding his next team, but the 76ers seem to be vying for the top spot on his list.
