He started all 82 games for the Knicks — earning a career-high 37 minutes played per matchup and dishing out 3.7 assists per game. Bridges, a former two-time NCAA Tournament Champion, helped New York to 50 wins last season — advancing it into the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Knicks ultimate fell short to the Pacers in the conference finals, but it was the first time in 25 years where it was relevant again. New York has a core of Jalen Brunson and Karl Anthony-Towns, so it was good to hold on to Bridges as well.
