Draymond Green and Udonis Haslem get heated over Adebayo-Herro conflict

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green and longtime NBA veteran Udonis Haslem haven’t exactly been best friends for a while and their latest conflict is all over social media.

It’s centered around the recent incident between Milwaukee Bucks guard Tyler Herro and Miami Heat forward Bam Adebayo. According to reports, Adebayo struck his former teammate in the face at a Las Vegas hotel during a heated altercation on Friday.

It didn’t take long for Green to go on his podcast and call out Haslem, who played his whole career for the Heat, for not speaking out about the incident between Herro and Adebayo.

Green’s issue with Haslem’s silence stems from the fact that he was more vocal when Green punched his former Warriors teammate Jordan Poole in 2022.

“So, when I first saw this, I was like, ‘Damn. This is two young guys Udonis Haslem raised,'” Green said. “If you raised this young guy in the light of what you was saying about me, and now he punches this other young guy that y’all kind of co-raised, are you going to have that same energy?”

These comments quickly went viral and Haslem wasted no time slamming Green on social media with a long and fiery response.

“If you think your big 32 year old, three or four rings at the time having -ss swinging on a 23 year old Jordan Poole at the time is the same then you are even more delusional that I thought,” Haslem said.

He went on to detail how the two incidents are different and why he hasn’t called out Adebayo the way he called out Green four years ago. Haslem concluded his message with a warning.

“You brought me into this and I am retired and out the way. I suggest you keep it pushing cause I ain’t giving out no more hall passes bra!”

It’s clear that these two see the situation very differently and there’s a significant chance that Green responds and keeps the feud alive.
