LeBron James is often considered to be the greatest player of all time. One knock against King James is that he has “no bag” and isn’t a great one-on-one player.

There has been a story going around for many years that Michael Beasley used to beat LeBron in one-on-one games when they were teammates in Miami.

According to Beasley, who recently appeared on streamer Adin Ross’ live stream, he beat LeBron, and badly.

Ross: “Did you beat LeBron in a 1v1?”

Beasley: “Yeah. I mean, the story is told wrong.”

Ross: “What was the score?”

Beasley: “A lot to a little.”

Ross: “You blew him out?”

Beasley: “Yeah.”

Beasley has been dubbed as one of the best one-on-one players the game of basketball has ever seen. He recently backed that up by defeating Lance Stephenson in a one-on-one matchup for $100k.

We’ll never know the absolute truth as there is no video evidence of the matchup. Still, it’s obvious LeBron lost to Beasley and that the latter is proud of his achievement.
