A 20-year old man was taken into custody by members of the Laurel Police Department in Paducah, Kentucky, wanted in connection to the shooting of Missouri running back Ahmad Hardy.
Rashodrick Harris was the man arrested late Thursday night and will be charged with two accounts of aggravated assault. Three other people of interest were released from custody with no charges according to Sgt. Macon Davis.

Hardy was shot at a concert in Laurel last Sunday along with one other person who was injured at the scene. He would later undergo surgery in Mississippi and was released to return home on Wednesday.
Hardy is an All-American running back and Doak Walker Award finalist for the Tigers and is coming off a career best season, rushing for the second most yards in the FBS with 1,649 yards with 16 rushing touchdowns.
Head coach Eli Drinkwitz said that Hardy’s availability for the upcoming season is uncertain.
