Stephen Curry reaches historic three-point mark against Nets

Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry has already proven to be the greatest three-point shooter of all time and the two-time MVP hit yet another historic milestone on Monday night against the Brooklyn Nets.

In the first quarter, Curry made history and became the first player to reach 3,800 career three-pointers. He attempted four threes in the first quarter and sunk three of them as the Warriors try to bounce back from a tough loss to the Spurs.

Brooklyn was able to grab a slim lead in the first quarter, but the Warriors bounced back in the second quarter and are currently in the lead during halftime, 67-58.

The Warriors have shocked the basketball world this season by highly exceeding the expectations that most had for them. Coming into Monday’s game, the Warriors were tied with the OKC Thunder for first place in the Eastern Conference with a 12-4 record.
