Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry was vital in the Golden State Warriors’ Game 1 win over the Houston Rockets. After wearing a thump splint throughout the Game 2 loss, Curry has officially been cleared to play in Game 3 of the series on Saturday.
Despite concerns about the thumb on his shooting hand, Curry has been listed as available for Saturday’s matchup.

Luckily for the Warriors, Curry’s thumb issue has been lingering but it hasn’t been serious and hasn’t affected his postseason play.
So far, it’s been a highly physical series as the Warriors’ potent offense clashes with Houston’s swarming defense. Golden State was able to steal a big win on the road in Game 1 and will look to defend home court in Game 3 on Saturday.
Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. EST.
