The Indiana Pacers were looking to bounce back in Game 4 after losing 117-101 in Game 3. Indiana came out strong, going on an early 10-1 run in the first quarter.
The Pacers kept that momentum going into halftime, as they led 63-52.

While the Pacers maintained their dominance, the Bucks continued to have bad luck. Damian Lillard, who recently returned after being diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in March, suffered another setback.
After only a few minutes in the game, Lillard fell to the floor in pain, without any contact.

According to NBA insider Chris Haynes, the Bucks fear Lillard may have suffered a severe injury.
“The fear is Bucks star Damian Lillard suffered a left Achilles tear,” Haynes said. “Brutal circumstance after working himself back from a blood clot diagnosis that kept him out over a month.”
The Bucks fought hard without Lillard. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the team with 28 points and 15 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough.
The Pacers are too balanced for this version of the Bucks to handle. Tyrese Haliburton had an excellent game scoring 17 while adding 15 assists.
Eight players scored in double figures for Indiana, led by Myles Turner’s 23 points. The Pacers won 129-103 and have taken a commanding 3-1 series lead.
Game 5 will be Tuesday, April 29, at 6:00 PM EST. Sadly, thanks to his severe injury, Lillard will likely be out, which essentially ends Milwaukee’s chance at a deep playoff run.
