The Denver Nuggets turned Thursday night in Sacramento into a showcase of precision and dominance, rolling past the Kings 136-105 behind another masterclass from Nikola Jokic.

The three-time MVP set the tone early, scoring 36 points on an efficient 14-16 shooting while adding 12 rebounds and eight assists. He did all of it in just three quarters, never needing to check back in as Denver built and maintained a massive lead.

Denver’s 41-point first quarter created immediate separation, and the Kings could not catch up. The Nuggets have improved to 18-6 on the season and look to be the only team that could challenge the defending champion Oklahoma City Thunder.
