The NBA recently announced the starters for the 2026 All-Star Game and there was someone missing… LeBron James. LeBron had been named an All-Star starter for 21 consecutive seasons, but that streak was broken as he was not selected by the fans this year.

Here are the starters:

Eastern Conference Starters

– Giannis Antetokounmpo — Milwaukee Bucks

– Jalen Brunson — New York Knicks

– Cade Cunningham — Detroit Pistons

– Tyrese Maxey — Philadelphia 76ers

– Jaylen Brown — Boston Celtics

Western Conference Starters

– Luka Doncic — Los Angeles Lakers

– Stephen Curry — Golden State Warriors

– Shai Gilgeous‑Alexander — Oklahoma City Thunder

– Nikola Jokic — Denver Nuggets

– Victor Wembanyama — San Antonio Spurs

When asked about the All-Star starter snub, LeBron gave his honest opinion on if it bothered him.

“No, not at all,” LeBron said. “I’m always grateful, for sure,” LeBron continued. “If I’m there, I’ll be there in attendance. If I’m not, I know I’ll be able to take full advantage of it. I know exactly what I’ll be doing. So, I’m good either way.”

LeBron was speaking on if he is selected as a reserve. He likely will, as he’s averaged 22.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 7.0 assists per game so far this season.
