Brotherly love is in the air in Charlotte as the Ball brothers are reunited together for the first time in years. LiAngelo Ball officially joined younger brother, LaMelo Monday when news broke he signed a non-guaranteed free agent contract with the Charlotte Hornets.
The road to this point has been unconventional for both brothers, but certainly rockier for LiAngelo.

LaMelo was asked recently his thoughts on his brother’s signing. “It’s a blessing for real,” said LaMelo. Hopefully he can make the whole thing, keep him on the team. That would be a blessing.”
As affable as LaMelo is, he’s not known to divulge much during interviews. However, given LiAngelo’s history, and his path to the NBA, it’s no question this means a great deal to LaMelo.
