The Los Angeles Clippers pulled off a thrilling 121-117 overtime victory over the Toronto Raptors on Friday night. This extended their winning streak to five games. Without star forward Kawhi Leonard, the Clippers faced a tough challenge against a competitive Raptors squad.

Toronto came out strong, controlling the game early on. They led by as many as 14 points in the first quarter. The Raptors were powered by Scottie Barnes’ 24 points, while rookie Jamal Shead added 15 points and a career-high 13 assists.

However, the Clippers mounted a furious comeback in the final frame. James Harden was the hero, erupting for 31 points (including 16 in the fourth quarter and overtime) and 10 assists.

Harden scored eight straight points late in the game that pushed it into overtime. In the extra period, he dropped another eight points to give LA the victory.
