He averaged 24.9 points per matchup through 58 games in his second season. The 6-foot-2, 198-pounder shot 44.8 percent from the field and 37.6% from 3-point range this season. Lillard, a nine-time All-Star and six-time All-NBA team selection, is searching for his first NBA championship. ESPN’s Shams Charania reports that Lillard will miss the start of the postseason, but the Bucks are ‘optimistic’ that he will be cleared to play at some point. He is continuing to increase his basketball activity this week.

Milwaukee faces the Indiana Pacers on Saturday in round one of the playoffs.
After it was bounced in the first round in back-to-back seasons, Lillard wants to help the Bucks make a deep run.
