Gregg Popovich has been the coach for the San Antonio Spurs for 29 seasons and he’s won five championships. He’s also the winningest coach in NBA history with 1,412 victories.

Popovich has dealt with a serious health issue and has decided to step down as head coach. The legendary coach will remain with the Spurs, moving into a full-time role as team president.
