There could be an even higher power on the Bears side this season and quarterback Caleb Williams looks to be trying to leverage perhaps the strongest of off-field relationships.

Williams sent an autographed jersey to Chicago native Pope Leo XIV who is the first American-born pope in the history of the Catholic Church.

Williams shared the photo of Leo holding up the jersey on social media.

Leo, born Robert Francis Prevost, has been a notable Chicago sports fan and has received memorabilia from the likes of Williams, Bulls announcer Chuck Swirsky and U.S. Vice President JD Vance.
