Michigan Wolverines star Yaxel Lendeborg left the first half of Saturday’s Final Four game against the Arizona Wildcats after just a few minutes of action. Lendeborg got into foul trouble early and sat for the early portion of the first half.

As he returned with less than 10 minutes before halftime, Lendeborg’s ankle rolled awkwardly over Motiejus Krivas‘ foot as he planted his foot on a drive to the rim.

The ankle rolled and his knee appeared to slightly overextend.

He went on to sink two free throws before leaving the court and heading to the locker room. Lendeborg returned to the court with a slow trot and with a towel over his head.

Moments later, he went back to the locker room for a second time as it was reported that the Wolverines were going to evaluate his ankle and ice it.

Michigan entered the break with a double-digit lead and Lendeborg returned to start the second half.
