San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama has entered concussion protocol and has been ruled out for the remainder of Tuesday’s Game 2 against the Portland Trail Blazers after suffering a scary head injury early in the second quarter.
As Wembanyama attempted to drive to the basket, he bumped knees with Jrue Holiday and lost his balance. He was unable to soften his fall and landed directly on his face, appearing to go unconscious momentarily.
