The Alabama Crimson tide are locked into a tight battle with the Oklahoma Sooners in the first round of the college football playoff.

The Crimson Tide came back from an early 17-0 deficit on Friday to make it a single score game before defensive back Zabien Brown secured a spectacular interception.

Oklahoma quarterback John Mateer threw the pick to Brown, who avoided several defenders before making the 50-yard trek to the end zone.

The impressive pick-six tied the game at 17 apiece just over a minute before halftime.

It is Brown’s second interception of the season, with the first being a 99-yard pick-six against the Tennessee Volunteers in October.
