WATCH: 49ers open second half with impressive trick play TD

Kyle Shanahan and the San Francisco 49ers made an incredible play call to open Sunday’s second half against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The 49ers tied the game with a trick play that ended in RB Christian McCaffrey catching a beautiful touchdown pass thrown by WR Jauan Jennings.

After two quick handoffs, Jennings heaved it 29-yards down the sideline to McCaffrey, who came down with the ball in the endzone.

The trick play gave the 49ers a one-point lead and a much-needed momentum swing. While San Francisco’s offense has been shaky otherwise, it came up big to start the final frame.
