The Detroit Pistons looked to earn an easy win against the Nikola Jokic-less Denver Nuggets. Detroit jumped out all over Denver early, building an 18-point lead by the second quarter.
The Pistons saw dominant performances from Cade Cunningham (22 points, 11 assists), and Tobias Harris (22 points, eight rebounds). Still, the Nuggets weren’t going to fold.
