LiAngelo Ball is patiently waiting for his turn to prove all the doubters wrong. After being waived for the second straight year by the Charlotte Hornets, LiAngelo will look to make his mark likely with the Greensboro Swarm in the G-League.
His preseason time with the Hornets left much to be desired. However, just getting a whiff of the big stage is enough to motivate.

This is essentially what is transpiring as LiAngelo took to Instagram to express his thoughts at the moment.
In doing so, he took a couple bars from Chicago-based rapper, G Herbo. On his latest song Paid, featuring Essex, G Herbo talks about having a “chip on my shoulder,” which describes LiAngelo’s current state.

I’ve contended for a while that LiAngelo needs at least two years in the G-League to develop. After a taste alongside his brother, LaMelo, I expect this season to be much improved for the Swarm.
Fans are waiting to see the chip continue to grow for LiAngelo and parlay it into the greatest story ever told.
