LeBron James is not only the all-time NBA scorer in regular season points, but he’s also number one in playoff points, as well. After LeBron and his Los Angeles Lakers missed the playoffs last season, today, LeBron was officially back.

LeBron scores 21 in Lakers’ win

LeBron James and his Lakers made a bold statement in their first game back in the NBA playoffs. After a rocky season, LA looked dominant against the second-seeded Memphis Grizzlies.

There were unfortunate injuries during the game, as Anthony Davis suffered an arm injury for the Lakers, and Ja Morant suffered a hand injury for the Grizzlies. Luckily for the Lakers, Davis returned and finished the game, while Morant did not return.

The Lakers won 128-112 to take Game 1, and LeBron scored 21 points while adding 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Game 2 will be this Wednesday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. Eastern.

Can LeBron lead LA to a commanding 2-0 series lead before heading back to the City of Angels? Or will Memphis get back into the series with a dub?
