Oklahoma City Thunder forward Jalen Williams is no longer on the injury report and is set to make his return in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday, per Shams Charania.

Williams has been sidelined since April 22 with a hamstring strain, but returns at the perfect time as this WCF is sure to be a battle.

He played in the first two games of the Thunder’s first-round sweep of the Phoenix Suns before missing the last six matchups.

Injury issues were a major factor in Williams’ slight regression this season, but he brings elite defense and scoring to the table.

San Antonio has had OKC’s number this season, winning four out of their five matchups, including the semifinal round of the NBA Cup.

The Thunder will need Williams to hit the ground running as soon as possible, because this matchup appears to be a battle between the league’s two best teams.
