The Golden State Warriors have recently been searching for another star to add to the roster following the departure of Klay Thompson. Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is the latest superstar being monitored by the Warriors’ front office, according to Sam Amick of The Athletic.
“One that I think is just always gonna be monitored around the NBA is if the wheels fall off the Bucks,” Amick said. “We know that Joe Lacob has had dreams of Giannis coming the Warriors’ way for a very long time. Again, unlikely, but Khris Middleton is gonna be a free agent next summer… I think Giannis is worth monitoring.”

It’s unlikely that we ever see Antetokounmpo play for Golden State but on the off-chance that we did, it would instantly make the Warriors title favorites. The Steph-Giannis duo would be the league’s biggest pick-and-roll threat and would quickly become one of the greatest duos of all time.
