The FBI is reportedly investigating the death of former Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, who died in May at the age of 65.
According to The Washington Post, they are looking into Irsay’s relationship with Dr. Harry Haroutunian, who provided Irsay with pain medications and ketamine in the years before his death.

Irsay died while on vacation in May, with Haroutunian providing care at the time. His official cause of death was listed as “cardiac arrest due to pneumonia and heart issues”.
The FBI is now seeking more information about the specific drugs that Irsay was taking at the time of his death.
The former Colts owner had a history of substance issues and a report from August indicated that he had secretly relapsed in recent years.
During Irsay’s tenure as team owner, the Colts won 10 divisional championships and were the 2006 Super Bowl champions.
His three daughters, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson took over ownership of the team after his death.
