He earned Kia’s Most Valuable Player of the Month from the NBA for his performance in March — averaging 27.7 points per game. White scored at least 20 or more points in 14 of 15 games last month, including five matchups with 30-plus points.
He guided the Bulls to a 9-6 record in March that included victories over the Los Angeles Lakers (two), Indiana Pacers, and Denver Nuggets. All three teams are out of the play-in tournament, while the Pacers clinched the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference. White opened this month with a bang as he scored a game-high 28 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the field in Thursday’s 137-118 victory for Chicago over the Toronto Raptors. He also posted six assists, three rebounds, and two steals.

White is the leader of the unit, and it will be interesting to see how he makes the Bulls a challenge in the playoffs.
