Zion Williamson was supposed to be the next big star in the NBA. Unfortunately, injuries took control of his playing career.

Now, allegations of rape in a shocking lawsuit have completely torn down his image.

The lawsuit officially accuses Zion of rape in addition to “sexual, physical, emotional and financial” abuse over the span of a multiyear relationship.

Apparently, Zion started dating the accuser, known as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, when he was at Duke in 2018 and their relationship lasted until 2023.

On top of accusations of rape, Zion has been accused of threatening to kill the woman and her family. If these accusations are true, it could mean the end of Zion’s NBA career.

Zion reacts to shocking lawsuit

Zion hasn’t put out a statement on the lawsuit as of yet. His team of attorneys, however, has released a statement denying everything.

“The allegations contained in the complaint are categorically false and reckless,” Zion’s attorneys said.

According to Zion’s attorneys, Barrasso Usdin Kupperman Freeman & Sarver, L.L.C, the two never dated and only kept “a consensual, casual relationship.”

This is yet another controversy, reminiscent of Zion’s 2023 dispute with adult film star Moriah Mills. Who knows how this one will turn out, but these allegations are serious and could end Zion’s troubled career for good.
