Brown brings playoff experience as he has coached 90 postseason games, with a 50-40 record. Brown’s best achievement was coaching the 2006-07 Cleveland Cavaliers and leading them to the NBA Finals.
Update: Brown officially signs with Knicks
The deal is now official. The New York Knicks have signed Mike Brown to a four-year, $40 million deal. This is a great signing for New York as Brown’s two-time Coach of the Year Award wins proves he knows what he’s doing.
Brown most recently won the award in the 2022-23 season when he led the Sacramento Kings to a 48-34 record.
