Curry College RB Montie Quinn shocked the sports world on Saturday with a record breaking performance against Nichols College. Quinn recording a staggering 522 rushing yards and seven touchdowns on just 20 carries.
His performance broke the NCAA single-game record for rushing yards, all while sitting out the final two offensive drives of the game.

While his performance on Saturday was unlike anything we’ve ever seen, it was far from a fluke game. Quinn averages 241.7 yards per game and already has 17 touchdowns in just seven games.
“I’m just humbled and grateful. Breaking the record is something I never imagined coming into today,” Quinn said after the game. “The O-line was dominating all game, receivers were blocking like crazy, and coaches put us in position to make plays. This belongs to all of us. I just happened to be the one carrying the ball.”
Curry College walked away with a huge 71-27 win along with a major piece of NCAA history.
