Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James had an underwhelming performance against the Phoenix Suns on Monday, finishing with 11 points, five rebounds and eight assists on 3-of-14 shooting.
His 21.4% from the field is his worst shooting performance since October 2007. After the game, James said he’s been feeling under the weather while dealing with nasal issues since Friday.

James did sound a bit sick in the video, which could explain his poor performance, but the Lakers are still optimistic.
“We’re trying to not lose two in a row. That’s gonna be a challenge for us all year, not to lose two in a row,” Anthony Davis said after the game.
With the Lakers frontcourt depth cut thin due to injuries, Davis has been on a tear to start the season. He’s averaging 32.8 points, 12 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.5 blocks per game so far this season. The Lakers look like a better team this season under J.J. Redick, time will tell if it will translate to long-term success.
