LeBron scores 21 in Lakers’ win

LeBron James and his Lakers made a bold statement in their first game back in the NBA playoffs. After a rocky season, LA looked dominant against the second-seeded Memphis Grizzlies.

There were unfortunate injuries during the game, as Anthony Davis suffered an arm injury for the Lakers, and Ja Morant suffered a hand injury for the Grizzlies. Luckily for the Lakers, Davis returned and finished the game, while Morant did not return.

The Lakers won 128-112 to take Game 1, and LeBron scored 21 points while adding 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Game 2 will be this Wednesday, April 19, at 7:30 p.m. Eastern.

Can LeBron lead LA to a commanding 2-0 series lead before heading back to the City of Angels? Or will Memphis get back into the series with a dub?
