The Charlotte Hornets entered Monday night riding an 8-game losing streak… Something nobody wanted in Charlotte. The Hornets faced the Orlando Magic, and tonight would be the night LaMelo Ball would lead his team to victory.

LaMelo scores 17 in victory

The Hornets defeated the Magic 112-105 to end their 8-game losing streak. LaMelo scored 17 points on 6-19 shooting and 4-15 from distance.

LaMelo added 9 assists in the game, which is great. Clearly, LaMelo needs to shoot better, but that will come in time once he knocks the rust off.

The important thing is the Charlotte Hornets found a win. Hopefully, they can string another win together when they play next on Wednesday, November 16, against the Indiana Pacers.
