Texans DE Will Anderson Jr. took down Rodgers for the sack before DT Sheldon Rankins plucked the ball off the ground and returned it for a 33-yard touchdown.
The chaotic play allowed the Texans to take a 17-6 lead with less than 12 minutes left to play.
