The red-hot Duke Blue Devils extended their winning streak to eight on Monday with a huge 83-52 victory over the Louisville Cardinals.

The matchup was tightly contested for much of the first half, but a 14-3 run by the Blue Devils gave them a ten-point advantage at halftime. Duke carried this momentum into the second half and never looked back.

Freshman Cameron Boozer once again led the way for Duke, finishing with 19 points and ten rebounds while shooting 8-of-16 from the floor.

For Louisville, Ryan Conwell had 18 points, three rebounds and three assists, but the Cardinals looked deflated for the entire second half.

The 31-point win allows Duke to remain undefeated in conference play as they prepare to face Virginia Tech on Saturday.
