The Indiana Hoosiers are off to a strong start in Monday’s CFP National Championship Game against the Miami Hurricanes.

After making an early field goal and stopping Miami’s offense, the Hoosiers run game came up big in a second-quarter drive to take a 10-0 lead.

It wasn’t easy as Miami’s defense stood strong, but a methodical 14-play drive was capped off by a 1-yard rushing touchdown by tight end Riley Nowakowski.

Indiana capitalized on this momentum and kept the Hurricanes scoreless on the following drive.

With a 10-0 advantage at halftime, the Hoosiers are in full control with just two quarters left to play.
