Shaedon Sharpe is entering his fourth season in the NBA, all with the Portland Trail Blazers. His career averages are 14.3 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. This includes 18.5 points per game last season.

Sharpe could be the future of the Trail Blazers because of his talent. His play could earn him a four-year deal worth more than $100 million.

“I’ve been told that the Blazers’ initial extension to Sharpe landed in the four-year, $90 million ballpark,” Jake Fischer said.

“But when I speak to various team strategists, more often than not I hear an expectation that the bouncy swingman will ultimately command a Giddey-esque deal in the four-year, $100 million range. If not higher.”

If Sharpe can raise his level of play again this season, look for the Trail Blazers to offer him a four-year, $100 million contract, as predicted.
