Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice is now being sued by his ex-girlfriend Dacoda Jones, who accuses him of domestic violence over a 19-month period, according to TMZ.
The lawsuit alleges that Rice repeatedly “grabbed, choked, strangled, pushed, hit and scratched” Jones from Dec. 2023 to July 2025.

Rice is also accused of other violent behavior, including throwing objects, punching walls and destroying furniture.
Jones was reportedly pregnant during much of this period. She is seeking over $1 million in the lawsuit.
The NFL and the Chiefs have already been investigating Rice after Jones first brought the allegations to light on social media last month.
These investigations will likely ramp up in light of the new civil suit.
Rice served a six-game suspension to begin last season for his involvement in a street racing accident in 2024.
