The Rams survived an overtime thriller against the Bears, winning 20-17. Harrison Mevis hit the game-winning 42-yard field goal to advance the Rams to the NFC Championship game for the third time under head coach Sean McVay.
The Rams shut down the Bears offense for most of the game, picking off Caleb Williams three times. However, with 27 second left in the game Williams converted a miraculous 14-yard touchdown pass to Cole Kmet to tie the game. The defense stepped up in overtime with Kam Curl picking off Williams and giving the Rams the ball.
Kyren Williams dominated the ground game for the Rams, rushing for 87 yards and two touchdowns. Matthew Stafford went 3/6 for 43 yards in overtime to set up the field goal.
The Rams now face the number one seed Seahawks in the NFC Championship, and are looking to get back to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2022.
