According to multiple reports, Florida prosecutors are now planning to subpoena the medical records of golf legend Tiger Woods in regards to the treatment he received at a hospital following his DUI arrest on March 27.

New court filings show that prosecutors are seeking “any and all reports documenting statements of the patient regarding alcohol or chemical substances use” and “any and all drug screen results.”

The new subpoena is set to be issued June 30, and Woods’ legal team now has 10 days to object to the request.

The 50-year-old was arrested shortly after being involved in a crash that saw his SUV clip the back of a truck and flip over on its side. Officers said he appeared lethargic and police bodycam showed him appearing to fail a field sobriety test.

He was arrested shortly after police found two hydrocodone pills in his pocket. Last month, prosecutors were granted access to Wood’s prescription records.

Woods has since pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor DUI charges. Less than a week after the crash, Woods announced that he was stepping away from professional golf to seek treatment and focus on his health.

Last week, he returned to the United States after a six-week stay in a Swiss rehabilitation center.
