Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is arguably the greatest point guard of all time and one of the best players ever. Chicago Bulls star Lonzo Ball went a step further, pointing out Curry’s influence on the sport.
During a recent episode of his podcast What An Experience, Ball agreed that Curry was the most influential player of his era.

“It’s actually a great question,” Ball said. “As I’m pondering it, I would have to say yes. Especially the way younger people are playing—even the way the NBA is played now. Warriors and him, they really started all them threes.”

Curry is currently averaging 24.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists per game while shooting 44.4% from the field and 39.2% from the three this season. At 37, Curry’s long-lasting impact on the sport can be seen at all levels of basketball.
After four championships, two MVP awards and by far the most made threes ever, Curry’s career supports Ball’s argument.
