Brooks dominated the game, scoring 33 points on 15-26 shooting. He finished +22, the highest of any player. At one point, Brooks made 10 consecutive field goals.
LeBron James, Brooks’ rival, had a quiet game with 10 points on 3-of-10 shooting. Luka Doncic had a great game for LA, scoring 38 points.
It wouldn’t be enough. The Suns easily defeated the Lakers 125-108. They achieved this with their star player, Devin Booker, only playing 10 minutes due to leaving with a right groin injury.
