The New York Knicks’ first win against the Indiana Pacers has finally happened. The Eastern Conference Finals are now 2-1 in favor of the Pacers.

The home team has yet to win a game in the series. This means it is any team’s series to win.

After the Knicks’ first win against the Pacers, fans took to social media to react.

Head coach Tom Thibodeau listened to his critics and made the correct adjustment in Game 3. After the game, Thibodeau was asked about his changes, in particular, starting Mitchell Robinson over Josh Hart.

“It really didn’t impact either guy from a minutes standpoint,” Thibodeau said. “So, to me, when Mitch was coming off the bench, he’s a starter coming off the bench. When Josh comes off the bench, he’s a starter coming off the bench. Their minutes are gonna be the same. Both guys mix and match. Both guys are comfortable with both units.”

This, along with Karl-Anthony Towns’ huge performance, led to the Knicks securing the victory.

If the Knicks want to steal another game in Indiana, they’ll have to rely on strong play and great coaching. New York will certainly be up for the task.

Game 4 is Tuesday at 8:00 PM EST.
