LeBron looks to make a move

The LeBron James era in Los Angeles is going through a rough patch recently. There has been a lot of talk about LeBron wanting to leave and even that the Lakers themselves are ready to move on.

If this rumor is true and LeBron leaves LA, we must take a step back and look at his legacy in Hollywood. As of now, LeBron has played seven seasons in Los Angeles. This is three more years than he played in Miami, and only four years off of his time in Cleveland (11).

LeBron led the Lakers to a championship in 2020, winning Finals MVP, as well. He set the all-time scoring record while wearing a Lakers jersey, and his only assists title came while donning the purple and gold.

Still, his time in Tinseltown is often criticized. His Lakers missed the postseason twice and were bounced out of the playoffs in the first round three times.

Fans debate LeBron’s LA legacy

One fan recently took to X to trash the Lakers fanbase, stating they never fully embraced LeBron.

This caused a reaction among fans.

LeBron’s future hangs in the balance as fans weigh his impact on the Lakers. Will LeBron finish his career in LA? Or will King James be on the move, sooner rather than later?
