Kansas City Chiefs running back Kenneth Walker III scored at least 21.3 PPR points in each of his five games through Week 6, a Ball Exclusives review of ESPN box scores found.

No quarterback, running back, wide receiver or tight end with at least five games had a better worst game. Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs was next at 17.7, and his 30.7-point average was the highest in that group.

The review scored every game the same way: one point per reception, per 10 rushing or receiving yards and per 25 passing yards; six per rushing or receiving touchdown; four per touchdown pass; and minus two for each interception or lost fumble. Two-point conversions were not counted.

Walker had at least 20 touches in every game. He ran for 665 yards and six touchdowns and caught 14 passes for 95 yards and two more scores. His low came in Week 3 at Miami, when he gained 73 yards from scrimmage but scored twice.

Gibbs scored a touchdown in all five of his games, nine in all: seven rushing and two receiving. He ran 105 times for 504 yards and caught 27 passes for 243 yards.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba had at least five catches and 76 receiving yards in all six of his games, for 49 receptions, 717 yards and seven touchdowns. Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride caught at least seven passes in every game and also reached 49 catches, for 361 yards and three scores.

Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young passed for at least 281 yards in each of his five games, totaling 1,549 yards, 11 touchdowns and two interceptions. No other quarterback with five or more games had a low above 206 yards. ESPN’s Mike Kaye reported that the 11 touchdown passes set a Panthers record for a season’s first five games.

Steady volume did not always produce steady points. Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry had at least 18 touches in every game, but his totals ranged from 35.3 points in Week 1 at Indianapolis, when he ran for three touchdowns, to 5.0 in Week 6 at Cleveland.

ESPN fantasy analyst Tristan H. Cockcroft publishes consistency ratings that divide a player’s weekly standard deviation by his average points per game. A lower rating marks a steadier player.
